MADCA is seeking input from the Mapleton Community with respect to local infrastructure and social needs.

1.      This information will be used to formulate short and long term goals for MADCA to vigorously pursue.

2.      Local residents, businesses, community groups and sporting organisations are urged to participate in this process to ensure MADCA is relevant and beneficial to our community.

3.      Please forward this survey to any local people you know and encourage them to submit their ideas.
